Why Try Time Related Eating If GLP-1 Is Working?

I’m on GLP-1 inhibitors and am having tremendous success but I’m still afraid of what would happen without them….Time Related Eating sounds like really hard work when the medication makes it so easy….why on earth would I try it.  Eddie.

Hi Eddie,  Its great that you asked this question…surely everyone is asking themselves this question in their head…even I say it to myself and I am so committed to Time Related Eating as a lifestyle choice that makes me feel amazing.  I think the GLP-1s are going to be an important starting point for a lot of people who are desperately unhappy about their weight.  There is no doubt that you can make fast progress.  But I wouldn’t exactly say it is easy…there are a lot of life changes and challenges along that road – I know that people make drastic adaptations very quickly and that their poor brain has to catch up with a rapidly reduced appetite.    I think its great that you are reflecting on the medication free alternative which is in my view Time Related Eating because having partially solved your problem you have the time to consider that as an option if and when you do decide to come off the meds. I am aware that some people see the medication as a life long choice and I fully get that.  All the same you will be contemplating quality of food and quality of amount and you wont want to turn to eating say at night or snacking all day.  So…we would love to hear more about your GLP-1 journey and hope that in this forum you can see Time Related Eating as your Plan B back up solution.  Watch and take note and see how people are doing and it should help you feel much more secure about the future.  Keep us posted on your progress.
