One-to-One Coaching

“We are not thinking machines that feel; rather, we are feeling machines that think.”

Sometimes the best way to steady your RAFT is to have someone alongside you

A single conversation can make all the difference.

Why 1:1?

Are you caught in a cycle of eating that feels out of control, exhausting, or just never quite right?

Together we use the RAFT framework: Right Amount, Right Food, Right Time, combined with Time Related Eating to gently rebuild your relationship with food, calm your nervous system, and begin to address the metabolic and hormonal patterns that so often sit beneath the struggle.

Whether you are dealing with insulin resistance, metabolic disorder, lifelong obesity, or simply the exhausting noise of food anxiety, this is a space built on psychology, compassion, and real change. It does not matter your current position, whether you are on GLP-1 medication and need psychological support, have had bariatric surgery, or are just desperate to lose weight.

What we can work on

  • Roadblocks to progress
  • Current thoughts, feelings, and emotions about your eating pattern
  • Life experiences that may be holding you back
  • Areas for self-development
  • A reflective space for anxieties and concerns
  • Tools to help you through challenging moments
  • Managing the psychological relationship with food alongside GLP-1 medication or bariatric surgery
  • Understanding hunger, insulin and the hormonal patterns beneath the struggle

Coaching is about development and moving forward, but your life story matters too. This can also be time to reflect on your story and bring new meaning to your experience.
