My Foodsane December: An Intense Month!

In this December diary Jo describes a profoundly intense month full of life events such as death of close relatives and physical challenges along with continued work and commitment to Time Related Eating. Jo explores concepts such as identity, self-care and panic eating along with current research into GLP-1 inhibitors. She continues to explain why Time Related Eating will give us an anchor and help us maintain resilience to face the challenges of life.
