“We are not thinking machines that feel; rather, we are feeling machines that think.”
Antonio Damasio, Neuroscientist (2017)
There is nothing quite like talking one-to-one to bring you back to the here and now, and to refresh and revitalise your intention.
The Time Related Eating path on a RAFT is transformative, but it is not always easy. You cannot spend years at war with your body and expect it all to disappear in one go – it’s a learning journey and takes time to develop new neural pathways and embed them.
Sometimes what we need is the extra boost of a total focus in a one-to-one coaching session – to reset, regain momentum, and move forward towards our body–mind goals.
Roadblocks to progress
Current thoughts, feelings, and emotions about your eating pattern
Life experiences that may be holding you back
Areas for self-development
A reflective space for anxieties and concerns
Tools to help you through challenging moments
Coaching is about development and moving forward, but your life story matters too. This can also be time to reflect on your story and bring new meaning to your experience.
