Does RAFT stand for anything or is it just a metaphor?

RAFT stands for Right Amount Right Food Right Time

Jo will answer questions in blog posts.  If there are questions on the same thing she will group them together as its good to learn together. 

You can ask one question per week to give Jo time to incorporate her responses into her next blog posts.

Yes you can…just choose a name when you sign up that can represent you.

We do have Terms and Conditions and Stay Safe Rules.  One of these is that people must be kind to one another and respectful this is one of our dearly held values.  …If someone is unkind please email Jo straight away on joanna@foodsane.co.uk and she will manage this for you. 

Yes all comments are held for moderation/approval but if you see something of concern please contact Jo straight away on joanna@foodsane.co.uk

We have made it easy to cancel, simply log in and go to your account and subscriptions, from there you will be able to cancel. When you have cancelled you will receive a confirmation email and renewal payments will then be stopped. However your membership will stay active until the end of the month you have paid for.
